Several factors can influence this, including modifications to the rental duration (whether you are extending or shortening it), changes in vehicle type, alterations in pickup or drop-off locations and times, as well as any added or removed services or coverage.

Extending your rental period will typically result in additional charges for the extra days. Similarly, upgrading to a higher vehicle class can increase the cost. Prices may also vary between different locations, so changing your pickup or drop-off spot could affect the overall price.

In some instances, making changes to your booking might necessitate a cancellation and rebooking, which would mean the new rates at the time of rebooking would apply, likely altering the cost of your rental.

My flight is delayed, what should I do?

If your flight is delayed, it's important to contact the car rental company immediately to notify them. This can often be done by calling the phone number provided on your rental voucher. Depending on the rental company's policies and availability, they might be able to adjust your pickup time accordingly.

If you are unable to get in touch with the rental company directly, you can send us a message, and we will attempt to communicate your delay to them. However, please be aware that the rental company is only obligated to hold the vehicle for you during the specified business hours, as outlined in the Rental Conditions.

Please note that flight delays are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for any complications or additional expenses that arise as a result. We recommend contacting your airline or travel insurance provider to explore potential compensation for the delay.

My flight has been canceled or rescheduled, what should I do?

If your flight is canceled or rescheduled and you are unable to reach the rental desk at your scheduled pick-up time, it's crucial to inform us as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to notify the supplier on your behalf. Depending on the supplier's policy and vehicle availability, they might be able to hold the car for you until later that day or even the next day. However, you should be aware that you might still be charged for the first day even if you didn't have the vehicle.

If the supplier is unable to adjust your pick-up time or if you decide to reschedule your entire trip, we can help you find another car, although it will be at the current market rates.

Please remember that rescheduled or canceled flights are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any resulting difficulties or additional costs. We recommend contacting your airline or travel insurance provider to discuss potential compensation for your disrupted travel plans.

Can I pick up the car earlier than scheduled?

You might have the option to pick up the car earlier if it's available. However, you must request this in advance. You can do this by sending us a message, and we will do our best to accommodate your request to pick up the car earlier.

Please be aware that picking up the car earlier could increase the total cost of your rental. Rest assured, we will always consult with you before making any changes to your booking.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking by using the link provided here. Please be aware that refunds are not available if the cancellation is made after the start of the rental period, according to the terms set by iGetonboard Srl. Additionally, the amount already paid cannot be applied to future bookings.
